By booking a place at The Oak Sanctuary, you agree to the following :-
This is a wellbeing space, not a therapeutic or medical service. The Oak Sanctuary offers a supported space for reflection, connection, and rest. It is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or professional counselling. If you are currently under the care of a health professional, please continue that support.
Your experience is your own. Sessions may include holistic and reflective practices. You are always free to participate at whatever level feels right for you. Nothing is required.
Sessions may include gentle movement, breathwork, and other physical practices. If you have any health conditions that may affect your ability to participate comfortably, please contact us in advance.
Confidentiality within the circle. What is shared in the space stays in the space. We ask all participants to honour this.
You are responsible for your own wellbeing. By attending, you confirm that you are well enough to participate in a group setting and take responsibility for your own physical and emotional boundaries during the session.
The Oak Sanctuary is an outdoor space set within a natural woodland environment. Participants enter and move through the space at their own risk. Natural hazards including falling branches, acorns, and uneven ground may be present.
This space is primarily for adults. If you would like to bring a child, please get in touch in advance so we can make sure the gathering is suitable. A participating adult must remain responsible for them throughout the session.
Photography and video may occasionally be taken for marketing purposes. Please let us know before your session if you’d prefer not to be included.
Your data will be held securely and used only to manage your booking and communicate with you about The Oak Sanctuary. It will not be shared with third parties.
